Powering India's Urban Future
Quantum Leap is where India's infrastructure stops being passive. We're the investor relations home for a pre-revenue, deep-tech company building the operating layer beneath tomorrow's cities—starting with the metros that are already being rebuilt around us.
Welcome to Quantum Leap's Investor Relations hub. We're not asking you to bet on a concept—the technology is live, patent-protected, and running in front of real customers today. What we're building is the layer underneath it: the infrastructure, intelligence, and revenue model that turns three converging markets—urban media, applied cybersecurity, and autonomous systems—into a single defensible platform. This page is where that thesis gets specific.
Why Invest in Quantum Leap? The India Opportunity
India is rebuilding its cities faster than almost anywhere else on earth, and it's doing so with a mandate for intelligence, not just concrete. That mandate creates a category-defining window the kind that closes once someone else claims it. Quantum Leap exists to be the company that claims it first.
Pioneering a New Market Category: Urban Reprogramming
-
Beyond advertising. We're not a media company that sells screens. We're the operating system beneath the surfaces cities already have glass, security perimeters, patrol routes turning passive infrastructure into an intelligent, revenue-generating layer.
-
A blue-ocean position, engineered on purpose. No incumbent owns transparent-LED-on-structural-glass, applied cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, and autonomous civic systems under one roof. We built the category boundary deliberately, so competing with us means competing with all three at once.
-
Living architecture. We don't bolt digital signage onto a building. We embed it into the glass itself, so a facade becomes a dynamic surface capable of brand storytelling by day and civic or emergency messaging by night without a single structural compromise.
Eminence at Scale: Curated Growth in India
-
Scaling legacy, not just locations. Our expansion strategy is deliberately selective—we activate only architecturally significant, high-visibility sites, because every additional deployment should raise the ceiling of what the category looks like, not dilute it.
-
India first, by design. We're building inside the three metros undergoing the fastest urban intelligence buildout in the country—Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR—refining the model in the highest-density, highest-scrutiny environment there is before it goes anywhere else.
-
A pipeline built on conversation, not speculation. We are in active discussions with property owners and developers across these metros to bring additional architecturally significant sites into activation over the next 24-36 months—building the model site by site, not projecting a number and working backward.
Why now, not later
185,000 screens got here first. None of them saw the glass.
India's out-of-home advertising is going digital faster than almost any infrastructure category in the country 16.5% a year, no sign of slowing. Every rupee of that growth has been chasing the same opaque panel. The surface everyone actually walks past the window, the facade, the railing has been sitting empty this whole time.
INDIA'S URBAN TRANSFORMATION: OUR MARKET LANDSCAPE
Every dollar spent making an Indian city "smart" eventually needs to touch a physical surface, a security posture, or a set of eyes on the ground. That's the market Quantum Leap sits inside and it's moving faster than most infrastructure categories in the country's history.
-
Smart Cities Mission: the foundation is already poured. India's Smart Cities Mission has completed 94% of its 8,067 planned projects as of May 2025, representing over ₹1.51 lakh crore already deployed into urban infrastructure. That's not a future opportunity that's ₹1.51 lakh crore of physical infrastructure now sitting there, waiting for an intelligence layer.
-
A market moving on every front we touch. The global transparent-display market is on track to roughly double by 2031, growing at a mid-teens compound rate. India's cybersecurity market is expanding at close to 18% a year as DPDP Act enforcement takes hold, and the commercial drone market is growing at double-digit rates. Three converging tailwinds, one company positioned at the intersection of all of them.
-
Our traction is technical, not promotional. We have a live, patented installation running in one of Bengaluru's highest-footfall commercial environments proof that the hardware works, the content pipeline works, and property owners will say yes. We are now translating that proof -point into a structured pipeline of conversations across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR.
PROPRIETARY & INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY: THE QUANTUM STACK
Our unfair advantage isn't any single product—it's that all three sit on one stack, engineered by one team, protected by one patent filing. A competitor would need to rebuild the whole thing to catch up with any one piece of it.
-
Urban Canvas (the body). Transparent LED mesh, embedded directly into architectural glass—invisible by day, alive by night, with zero compromise to the building's daylight clarity or interior views.
-
Digital Aura (the soul). The content and orchestration layer—an AI-assisted platform that choreographs brand storytelling across our network, adapting to time of day, weather, and crowd flow in real time.
-
Quantum OS (the brain). The control platform that manages real-time orchestration across the entire network—visual-aware AI and adaptive content intelligence that turns a single installation into a coordinated system, not a set of standalone screens.
-
A moat that isn't just a slide. The vertical integration of hardware, content intelligence, and orchestration software is protected by our own patent filing—not a licensing agreement with someone else's technology.
-
Capital-efficient by construction. Property owners fund the Urban Canvas hardware investment as a value-add to their own asset. Quantum Leap owns and monetizes the high-margin layer on top—content, orchestration, and campaign revenue.
FINANCIAL INSIGHTS & PROJECTIONS
Quantum Leap is a pre-revenue company by design, not by delay—we've spent this stage proving the hardware, the patent, and the demand before scaling the commercial engine behind them. Here's how we think about the model, and what we're building toward.
-
A capital-light revenue architecture. Property owners fund the physical Urban Canvas installation as an upgrade to their own asset. Quantum Leap's revenue comes from what runs on top of it—so our margin structure improves with scale, not with capital deployed.
-
What we're building toward. Every new site added to the network compounds two ways: more inventory to sell against, and more data to make Quantum OS smarter. We're currently formalizing our multi-year revenue model and will make detailed unit economics available directly to qualified investors under conversation.
-
A second, uncounted asset. Every Urban Canvas installation is also a live sensor—ambient light, foot traffic, urban energy patterns—collected through Quantum OS. That data has real value to city planners and real estate developers well beyond media revenue, and it's a monetization path we haven't built into any projection yet.
ESG & SOCIETAL IMPACT
-
Sustainable by architecture, not by offset. Our technology is engineered to be low-impact, high-visibility digital infrastructure—we're not adding energy load to a building, we're making better use of a surface it already has.
-
A civic dividend, not just a commercial one. The same glass that carries a brand campaign at 6pm can carry a public safety alert or civic message when a city needs it to.
-
Governance built for a long-term category, not a fast exit. 30% of Quantum Leap's profits are committed to a dedicated R&D fund, and our Future Tech division operates under permanent technical leadership.
